Interclub Extreme Rifle Competition
 
24th August at LV and 25th August Cambridge
 
Rules
           Lea Valley Supported Rifle (Summary)

• 8 to 65 yards
• 8mm to 35mm Kill Sizes
• Rifle can only be supported forward of the pistol Grip only (bipods etc allowed)
• Shooter must be within touching distance of the peg but does not have to touch peg.
• 3 points for Black targets (very hard)
• 2 points for White targets (Hard)
• 1 point for a plate on any colour (Please note that some targets may have no plate just a kill zone)

 
Cambridge Rules/Ultimate HFT (Summary)

• 8 to 55 Yards.
• 15mm to 45mm kill sizes (don’t expect any 45mm though)
• UKHFT Positional Rules
• 2 points for a kill
• 1 Point for a plate
• Obstructions allowed (Branches, Bricks etc)

Top 5 scores from each club on each day qualify.
 
Qualifying shooter must be a fully paid up member of corresponding club on the day of the competition.

4 Counties Challenge Cup 2012
Congratulations to Maldon for winning the title again. It was a close run battle!

This is an annual Inter-Club Inter-County Competition that everyone can get involved in.

CAMBRIDGE HFT representing CAMBRIDGESHIRE

LEA VALLEY representing HERTFORDSHIRE

MAD representing ESSEX

KIBWORTH representing LEICESTERSHIRE

All competitions will be run in conjunction with an open club shoot, so anyone can come along and enjoy the fun.
1st Round SUNDAY 8th APRIL AT CAMBRIDGE:completed, well done Cambs, we won this round!
2nd round 29th APRIL AT LEA VALLEY: completed
3rd round 23rd JUNE AT KIBWORTH: completed
4th round 5th AUGUST at MAD: completed

All shoots will be a standard 30-shot course set to UKAHFT rules.
For your score to count towards your Clubs total you need to be a full club member. Just mark your club affiliation on your score card, enjoy the shoot and leave the rest to us! The following highest scores from each clubs shooters will be added up on the day;
Top scoring lady
Top scoring junior
Top scoring .22
Top scoring recoiling
5x top scoring open.

After all 4-Shoots have been completed, scores will be tallied, and the winning club will get a handsome 4 Counties Challenge Cup to covet.  So get involved and support your local club!
